7. Drying: Allow the floor to dry naturally. Avoid drying the floor with a hairdryer or heater as this can damage the wood.
8. Re-polishing (optional): If your parquet floor looks dull, you can polish it after drying with a clean, dry, lint-free cloth or a special parquet polish to restore the shine.
9. Regular care: Vacuum or sweep the parquet floor regularly to remove dirt and sand that can cause scratches. Use carpets or doormats in high traffic areas to protect the floor.
10. Protection: Avoid wiping the floor excessively wet, dragging sharp objects on the floor and wearing high heels or shoes with hard soles to prevent scratches.
