Depending on the construction phase, a distinction is made between, among others, <strong>Rough builders' clean, intermediate clean and final builders' clean.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is a builders' rough clean?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rough builder's cleans take place during or towards the end of the construction work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This primarily removes coarse dirt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These can include, for example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul take place, space must be cleared first.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is an interim cleaning?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For longer construction or renovation projects, cleaning only at the very end is often not enough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because on construction sites, dust has a remarkable property:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>He really finds his way anywhere.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In door frames, on window sills, in stairwells, on already finished floors, fittings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cabinets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stairs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Surfaces<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Radiator<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skirting boards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Windowsills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, typical construction residue is removed, as far as this is materially possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This includes, for example, adhesive residue, labels, fine construction dust or other residues from the construction phase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The goal is a <strong>clean and ready-to-move-in property.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why is construction dust so stubborn?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Construction dust is fine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Very good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And precisely for that reason, it spreads throughout the entire building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A surface can look clean at first glance and still be covered in a fine layer of dust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Construction dust is particularly common:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>on the door frame<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>on lasts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>on top of cupboards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>on radiators<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in the window rebates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>on sockets and switches<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>with rough edges<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That is why, during a builders' clean, it is not enough just to quickly vacuum through.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The many small areas often make up a large part of the work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Material knowledge is particularly important<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On a construction site, many different materials come together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For
