About us

Company history

The idea of having my own cleaning company came to me early on. Even as a child, I knew that I wanted to follow this path one day. My father laid the foundation for this: I was already sitting on machines as a small child and later worked regularly in my father's company. I also gained experience in other cleaning companies. This was followed by training as a building cleaner with a federal certificate. This enabled me to acquire sound practical knowledge at an early stage. An experience for which I am still very grateful today. 

The concrete trigger for the founding of Putzvogel GmbH came in 2022. When my department manager at the time resigned and planned to become self-employed, we began to talk regularly and develop ideas for the future together - with the idea of founding a company together. A clear plan emerged from these discussions. In the end, however, he decided against it and I went down the path to self-employment alone.

What makes us special?

We are a young company with big goals and the ambition to get better every day. Standing still is not an option for us, further development is part of our everyday life. Our customers take centre stage. Quality, reliability and an open ear for individual wishes are a matter of course for us. 

And because good work can only be done in a team, we treat our employees with respect and appreciation. Teamwork is not just a buzzword for us, but a lived practice.

Our team is the heart of Putzvogel GmbH and the basis for our daily quality. Every single person brings expertise, commitment and a sense of responsibility to their work. We attach great importance to trust, reliability and respectful co-operation. This is the only way we can offer our customers consistently high-quality cleaning services.

Bruno Vogel

As Managing Director, Bruno regularly lends a hand himself and attaches great importance to personal contact with his customers. He is actively involved in day-to-day operations with a great deal of passion and high quality standards.

Responsible for personnel and administration since the company was founded. She pulls the strings in the background and also provides direct support on site if required.

Frequently asked questions

What happens if I am not satisfied?
Should this ever be the case, we are always there for you. We will clean it free of charge and only stop when you are satisfied.
Which cleaning agents are used?
Great attention is paid to the environment. Wherever possible, biodegradable cleaning agents are used.
Do I have to pay for a quote?
No, an offer is completely free and non-binding. Try it out now.
What is the cancellation period?
3 months.

A different regulation applies for private households:
The cleaning contract can be cancelled in writing at the end of any month with a notice period of one month.
Do the same people always come to the cleaners?
For recurring cleanings, it is always the same people who carry out the cleaning. Except, of course, in the event of sickness or holiday absences, in which case we will provide you with a replacement cleaner on request. We also make sure that the same team comes to you for one-off jobs.
Where are the private keys stored?
Our team carry the keys with them. They are labelled with a key finder so that they can be sent to the shop if they are lost.
Is the company insured?
Yes, up to 5 million per claim.
What happens in the event of a claim?
Action is taken immediately. The damage is photographed and reported.
Are employees paid fairly?
Employees are paid fairly and in accordance with the CLA.
Are the employees trained?
Trained employees are important to us. Because that's how you get the best possible cleaning.
